Glow (GHK-Cu + TB-500 + BPC-157)

Also known as: Glow blend, GHK-Cu/TB-500/BPC-157, GHK + TB + BPC

Community consensus — Protocol evidence level

Skin/recovery blend of GHK-Cu (copper tripeptide-1), TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4 fragment), and BPC-157. Typical per-dose ~1–2 mg GHK-Cu + ~2 mg TB-500 + ~300–500 mcg BPC-157, often 5×/week (TB-500 front-loaded then weekly). NOTE: GHK-Cu's human evidence is for topical/cosmetic use — systemic subcutaneous injection is experimental and unvalidated in humans. There are NO combination-specific human trials; all cited evidence is for the individual components.
