Nootropic/anxiolytic blend of Selank (a Tuftsin analog) and Semax (an ACTH 4-10 analog). Typical per-dose ~0.3–1 mg of each (commonly ~0.3 mg Selank + ~0.3 mg Semax), 1–2×/day. Both components have Russian clinical use but are unapproved by FDA/EMA. There are NO combination-specific human trials; all cited evidence is for the individual components.
