Sermorelin

Also known as: Sermorelin acetate, GHRH(1-29), GRF 1-29

Human observational — Protocol evidence level

GHRH(1-29) analog. The original FDA-approved injectable (Geref) was withdrawn for commercial reasons; now supplied as a compounded prescription. Dosing is observational/community-derived for adult body-composition and sleep use, not from large modern RCTs.
