Also known as: Tesamorelin/Ipamorelin, Tesa + Ipa, GHRH analog + GHRP blend
Community consensus — Protocol evidence level
Blend of tesamorelin (a stabilized GHRH analog, FDA-approved for HIV-associated lipodystrophy) and Ipamorelin (a selective GHRP). Typical per-injection dose ~1.2 mg total = ~1 mg tesamorelin + ~100–200 mcg Ipamorelin (higher-end users run up to 2 mg tesamorelin + up to 300 mcg Ipamorelin). There are NO combination-specific human trials; cited evidence is for the individual components, and tesamorelin's only approved indication is HIV lipodystrophy — all other use is off-label.
